Here, in the unspoilt nature in Kleinschlag, our happy turkeys, pigs and sheep have enough time to grow and plenty of space. To scratch to their heart's content on the green meadows, peck for worms, cackle, grunt or do whatever comes to mind.

Antibiotics are just as unlikely to end up in the feed bowl as any other chemicals. Instead, the finest organic cereals, organic protein fruits and a lot of nest warmth. Slaughtering takes place directly on the farm, because we want to make the end as pleasant as possible for our animals.

We definitely don't put nitrite curing salt or flavour enhancers in our sausage. We rely on aronia juice as a natural preservative and colour with beetroot.

This mixture not only provides variety in everyday animal life, it is also the main ingredient for the particularly high quality of meat.
