On the nose, earthy cereal notes, subtle hints of peach, rhubarb and fresh hazelnuts from the bush. On the palate, a slender body follows, which, together with the mild carbonation, makes the Edelguss particularly drinkable. Then malty density with a slightly peppery finish. An uncomplicated, universal and particularly balanced beer.
