Fish tartare is traditionally one of the most complex dishes to master. The Gimar Tuna Tartare is a ready-made tartare that has been cleanly and carefully diced. It is cut from the loin of the tuna and is suitable for raw consumption.

The salmon can be refined with selected ingredients, creating an individual dish of the highest class.
