da'Waldviertler bacon sausage salt-free

Specially selected pieces of pork and beef and hand-picked bacon are mixed with sea salt, paprika and fine spices and their aromas to form the sausage mixture, smoked and roasted in natural casings and then air-dried for several days. The slow air-drying process brings out the special spicy flavour! Everything without added nitrite pickling salt, phosphate and flavour enhancers! Gluten and lactose free.

The perfect daily snack at home, at work or on the road! The attractive colouring of the peppers, with their subtle flavour, makes them ideal sliced decoratively for cold platters or sliced as a topping on pizzas!
