Fresh, loose Baby Pak Choi from Holland brings a wonderfully mild mustard note and crunchy white stalks straight to your kitchen. This Asian cabbage variety has a pleasant, slightly bitter taste and takes less than five minutes to prepare. Perfect raw in salads or lightly stir-fried, it is best stored in your fridge's vegetable drawer at 5 °C.
