Use
Air fryer: Turn on to 160 °C. Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging, remove the plastic film and the tray. Place the mini quiches in the basket of the air fryer and bake for 12 minutes.
Oven: Preheat to 180 °C. Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and remove the plastic film. Place the tray directly on a wire rack on the middle shelf and bake (fan oven: 15 min. , top/bottom heat: 20 min. ). Let rest for a few minutes before removing from the tray.

24 hours in the refrigerator. 3 days in the ice compartment of the refrigerator. Keep frozen at below -18 °C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
