Every. dishes consist exclusively of plant-based ingredients – completely without additives, flavor enhancers, or preservatives. Only the best, perfectly ripened vegetables are processed, which are flash-frozen immediately after harvesting. This way, the dishes taste as fresh as from the field, retain their nutrients – and also their crisp bite.

And the best part? Preparation takes less than 10 minutes – either in the microwave or in a pan. The packaging is completely recyclable and made from renewable raw materials – so you can recycle the carton and bag with a clear conscience.

Preparation recommendation:

Cook at high heat with 3-4 tablespoons of water for 7-9 minutes. Stir frequently.
