Preparation under the oven grill: Preheat the oven to 230 °C and activate the grill function. Remove the packaging. Distribute a sachet of caramel sprinkles in the middle of the product and smooth it out with the back of a spoon. Place the ramekins on a wire rack as close to the heating element as possible. Leave to caramelize for 5 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
