Use

Air fryer: Remove packaging. Place the product in its tray into the basket and bake at 160 °C for 45 to 50 minutes.
Microwave: Remove packaging and heat in the tray (750 W: 10 minutes, 900 W: 8 minutes).
Oven: Preheat to 180 °C. Remove the tray from the packaging, remove the plastic film and bake on the middle shelf (top/bottom heat: 45 minutes, fan oven: 35 minutes).
