Use

In the microwave: Remove the tray from the cardboard box and remove the plastic film. Heat at 750 W for 22 minutes or at 900 W for 18 minutes.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat) or 180 °C (fan). Remove the tray from the cardboard box, remove the plastic film and heat on the middle shelf (top/bottom heat: 1 hour, fan: 55 minutes). Let rest briefly before serving.

Keeps for 3 days in the ice cube compartment of the refrigerator. Keep frozen below -18 °C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
