This premium organic Pinot Noir 2021 from Weingut Familie Reinisch is a fine Austrian red wine. Grown on the limestone soils of the Ried Holzspur vineyard, it is carefully aged for 16 months in wooden barrels and six months in the bottle. Featuring an expressive raspberry aroma and elegant finish, this organic wine comes in a 0.75l bottle and pairs beautifully with dark meat.

Description
The Origin
The grapes for this wine come from the oldest vines of Ried Holzspur, which, with its calcareous alluvial soil, is predestined for the cultivation of Burgundy grape varieties.

The Maturation
After a very careful selection of the grapes and fermentation in wooden fermenters, we age the wine for about 16 months in small wooden barrels. Only after a further six months of bottle maturation does the wine go on sale.
