The Origin
The grapes for this wine come from two vineyards in Gumpoldskirchen and Pfaffstätten, which are characterized by shell limestone soil with a brown earth top layer.
The Maturation
For a beautiful fruitiness, we mature the majority in stainless steel and about 30% in large old wooden barrels. Afterwards, the wines are blended.
