After the Neuburger has eked out a shadowy existence in recent years, and in some cases still does, the Schabl winery is making more and more efforts to put this great variety back where it belongs - right at the top! A harvest date that is not set too late should preserve the acidity in addition to just under 18 KMW, thus allowing an elegant, fruity white wine to mature that is worthy of this traditional southern variety!

According to this resolution, over the years he has brought a breath of fresh air to the business, which has been growing wine for generations.
