Goes great with rice, as a (cold or warm) side dish for Asian meals, as a topping for burgers and sandwiches…but our kimchi can also be seen as an interesting change on a Bavarian bread platter.

About the manufacturer:

We produce fermented foods from organic vegetables. In doing so, we use the oldest and most natural method of preserving food: fermentation.

We do not use additives or pasteurisation, thus preserving the variety of flavours and textures that develop during fermentation.

Our ferments make a varied and sustainable diet excitingly delicious. With radical natural products, we are creating a counter-design to common, highly processed industrial products. Our range is versatile and we use high-quality seasonal and regional vegetables, which are refined in exciting recipes with superfoods and fair-trade spices. In this way, we offer every palate plant-based and 100% natural taste experiences.

With our innovative products, we are breaking new ground in the food industry and have been fermenting in our own factory in Munich since 2017. Our concept is based on regionality, seasonality, fair trade, transparent supply chains, processing of misfit vegetables and the avoidance of plastic.
