Recipe Idea: Salad bowl with smoky jalapeño kraut
Ingredients:
Rocket
Lettuce
Braised Zucchini
Braised Tomato
3 tbsp Olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
2-3 Radishes
Salt, Pepper
4 tbsp smoky jalapeño kraut
Here's how we do it:
Wash the lettuce and place it in a bowl. Slice the radishes and add them along with the braised vegetables to the salad. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and add olive oil and lemon. Finally, top the bowl with the smoky jalapeño kraut.
