About the Manufacturer:

We produce fermented foods from organic vegetables. In doing so, we use the oldest and most natural method of preserving food: fermentation.

We do not use additives or pasteurization and thus preserve the good bacteria that are created during fermentation and make our gut happy.

Our ferments finally make healthy and sustainable eating excitingly delicious. With radical natural products, we offer an alternative to common, highly-processed industrial products. Our range is versatile, and we use high-quality seasonal-regional vegetables, which are refined in exciting recipes with superfoods and fair-trade spices. Thus, we offer every palate plant-based and 100% natural taste experiences.

With our innovative products, we are breaking new ground in the food industry and have been fermenting in our own manufactory in Munich since 2017. Our concept is based on regionality, seasonality, fair trade, transparent supply chains, processing of misfit vegetables, and the avoidance of plastic.
