Welcome to this gastronomic journey through the Mediterranean. We start with our Capocollo corned beef, made according to an ancient traditional recipe. We continue with our spicy Prosciutto Crudo al Peperoncino, refined with strong chili peppers. Just as spicy is our Spianata Piccante, a specialty with a characteristic flat shape. Finally, we come across the Salame al Peperoncino, which is refined with fine chili pepper and traditionally cut diagonally.
