Zubereitung für 3 Portionen: 3 Schweineschnitzel á 150g (alternativ Pute oder Kalb), 50 ml (4 EL) Schlagsahne, 1 TL Öl. 1. Schnitzel in heißem Öl anbraten, aus der Pfanne nehmen und warm stellen. 2. 250 ml Wasser und 50 ml Sahne in die Pfanne gießen, Beutelinhalt einrühren und aufkochen. 3. Schnitzel zugeben und heiß werden lassen.
