Frisch dazu: 250 g Faschiertes (Rind), 1 Dose rote Bohnen, 1 kleine Dose Mais (150g); Zubereitung: 1. Faschiertes in einem Topf mit 1 EL (10 g) heißem Sonnenblumenöl anbraten. 2.
