The Styrian pumpkin seed oil is the first pressing in Austria (certified by Bio-Austria). It is made from the typical shell-less grown pumpkin seeds.
The pumpkin oil gets its strong nutty taste from the core roasting: With pumpkin seed oil, it depends on the art of core roasting - because only perfectly roasted cores give the characteristic nutty taste.
The dark green oil is also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and gives soups and sauces as well as raw salads and desserts a strong nutty taste.
