The Volanti Pasta by Byodo is made from 100% organic summer spelt or organic emmer. The pasta is made with bronze dies, has a golden-brown color and a nutty flavor. It also has a sauce rim.

The special shape of the flying "saucer" (Italian: volanti) means that it is not only excellent for casseroles and pasta salads, but is also almost indispensable as a side dish for sauces. This is because a lot of sauce collects in the rim of this delicious organic pasta, guaranteeing maximum enjoyment.
