Byodo BIO Volanti

The Volanti Pasta by Byodo is made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina, or more precisely from a mixture of different Italian durum wheat semolina varieties. It is pasta with a sauce rim, made with bronze dies.

Byodo has slightly shortened the Italian name of their Volanti. They are actually called "Dischi volanti", which translates to "flying saucer". Since a lot of sauce collects on the rim, the organic light Volanti from Byodo are ideal for pasta dishes, casseroles and pasta salads.
