Since Mochi opened in Praterstrasse in Vienna in 2012, the restaurant family has grown by several addresses. What has remained unchanged, however, is the hosts' enthusiasm for Japanese food culture, high-quality, fresh ingredients, and communal dining in a cozy, family-like atmosphere that permeates all their establishments.
To make the Mochi feeling possible at home, homemade products were developed over time, specifically for this purpose and with great care, to enable just that.
