Miil is a grated Italian cheese. It is a semi-fat, semi-hard cheese with a long and slow maturation. It is made from pasteurized cow's milk, which comes from two daily milking processes. Thanks to the use of vegetable rennet, the cheese is also suitable for a vegetarian diet. Fat content in dry matter min. 32%. Dry matter content min. 65%.
