Miil Emmentaler in slices is a natural, full-fat, semi-ripened cheese made from pasteurised milk. It matures for you for up to 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to achieve the typical Emmentaler flavour that is so well known for its delicate, fruity and light hazelnut taste.

Up to 11 litres of cow's milk are used to make 1 kg of this delicious cheese. Miil Emmentaler is made in the Czech Republic from milk that comes mainly from the Bohemian Forest.
