The classic with 100% Austrian beef. For our delicious Corned Beef we process topside from young bulls from the Mühlviertel region. Refined with a pepper mix of different varieties, which gives the Corned Beef a spicy touch.
HINK is a traditional Viennese company that has been a household name for gourmets for more than 80 years. Under the motto 'Enjoyment and passion', delicious pâté specialities are produced daily in the HINK manufactory in Vienna. The products are handmade, using only products of the highest quality and regional, seasonal ingredients. In 2007, the family business HINK was taken over by the Spak family. Since then, the focus of the young team has been on innovations and product refinements.
