Alnatura Organic Pasta made from Durum Wheat Semolina

The name of this pasta variety is composed of „penna“ for „feather“ and „rigata“ for „ridged“. Thanks to its oblique cut and surface structure, it is perfectly suited for dishes with rich sauces – also great combined with vegetables and cheese or baked in the oven. The Alnatura Penne Rigate No. 22 are produced in Italy according to organic guidelines from one hundred percent durum wheat semolina and are vegan.

A large part of the raw materials comes from biodynamic farming (Demeter). Store in a cool and dry place.

Add the pasta to boiling salted water (1l water per 100g pasta) and cook for approx. 9-11 min.
