Organic pasta made from durum wheat semolina
Fettuccine – long noodles, whose width is between linguine and tagliatelle – are very popular in Italy. The Alnatura Fettuccine No. 16 are produced slowly and gently in bronze moulds. Thanks to their rough surface and width, they absorb sauces very well – regardless of whether they are tomato-based, vegetable-based or cream-based. This type of pasta is also well-suited for pasta nests. The Alnatura Origin Fettuccine No. 16 are produced in the Italian Lombardy from organic durum wheat semolina.

Store in a dry place.
Add the pasta to boiling salted water (1 l water per 100 g pasta) and cook for approx. 10–12 minutes.
