For creative cooking: This puree is made from one hundred percent unpeeled almonds. With its intensely aromatic flavour, it refines sauces, vegetable dishes or dressings and is also suitable as a spread. The brown Alnatura almond paste is produced without emulsifiers or stabilisers - any oil that settles can be stirred back in. The almonds come from organic farming.
