A traditional Italian stone-baked pizza with mushrooms, peppers, spinach and corn. Zubereitungsempfehlung: Backofen vorheizen. Pizza aus der Folie nehmen und auf den Rost auf die mittlere Schiene geben. Bei Bedarf Backpapier unterlegen. Da jeder Ofen unterschiedlich stark heizt, kann die Zubereitungszeit variieren. Wenn der Käse gut verlaufen bis leicht gebräunt und der Rand knusprig ist, kann die Pizza serviert werden. Am besten gelingt die Pizza bei Ober- und Unterhitze. Schaubild: Ober-/ Unterhitze: 200 °C; Umluft: 180 °C; Gas: Stufe 4-5; Backzeit: 9-13 Min.
