Red lentil spirelli

For creative cooking: these spirelli noodles are made from one hundred percent red lentil flour. They are gluten-free, rich in protein and vegan. Whether as a side dish, salad or in a stew - Alnatura red lentil spirelli cooks in about eight minutes and is a quick alternative to classic pasta. The lentils come from organic farming.

Bio Spirelli aus Rotem Linsenmehl

Zutaten: Linsenmehl.
Kann Spuren von Ei und Soja enthalten.

Trocken vor Licht & Wärme geschützt lagern.

Zubereitungsanweisung: Alnatura Rote Linsen Spirelli in heißes, nicht mehr kochendes Salzwasser geben und für 6-7 Minuten bei geringer Hitze köcheln lassen. Bei Überschreitung der Kochzeit können die Spirelli ihre Form verlieren.
