Polenta

A classic of Italian cuisine, made from gently ground organic corn. Polenta tastes good as a savoury main dish or side dish, but can also be used to make fine desserts and pastries. The corn for Alnatura polenta comes from biodynamic farming (Demeter).

Zutaten: Maisgrieß*
*aus Demeter Bio-Landbau. Kann Spuren von Soja und Lupinen enthalten.

Trocken & vor Wärme geschützt lagern.

Zubereitungsempfehlung: Polenta Grundrezept: Zutaten (4 Portionen): 1 l Wasser, 1 TL Meersalz, 20 g Butter oder Margarine, 250 g Polenta Zubereitung: Wasser, Meersalz und Butter/ Margarine zum Kochen bringen. Polenta mit dem Schneebesen einrühren und bei geringer Hitze unter gelegentlichem Rühren 10 Minuten quellen lassen. Die Masse auf eine Platte streichen, erkalten lassen und in Rauten schneiden. Tipp: Verfeinern Sie die Polenta nach Belieben mit geriebenem Parmesan, frischen Kräutern oder Gewürzen.
