Sourdough extract

A mild sourdough extract; obtained in a multi-stage maturing process from wholemeal rye flour and starter cultures. Thanks to its easy handling, aromatic baked goods such as mixed rye breads or crunchy rolls can also be baked at home. The rye for the vegan Alnatura sourdough extract comes from organic farming, the extract is sufficient for one kilogram of flour.

Zutaten: ROGGENVOLLKORNMEHL*, Starterkulturen.
*aus biologischer Landwirtschaft .

Bitte trocken lagern und vor Wärme schützen.

Zubereitung: - Alle Zutaten mischen und ca. 5 Min. zu einem Teig kneten. - Abgedeckt an einem warmen Ort 20 Min. gehen lassen und anschließend gut durchkneten. - In eine Form geben und erneut 25 Min. gehen lassen. - Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 250°C 20 Min. anbacken und bei 200°C 40-50 Min. ausbacken.
