Organic Wakame, dried.
Store in a dry and dark place. After opening, seal airtight and consume within a few weeks, or at least before the best-before date.
Do not consume wakame seaweed unprocessed. Soak in water for 10 minutes and/or rehydrate in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rehydration and cooking may cause a color change from brown to green. Ideal for salads or as a garnish for fish/seafood dishes, or also in scrambled eggs, soups, and much more.
