This 450 g selection of fresh pasta is crafted daily using regional ingredients. Since they are already pre-cooked, preparation is incredibly easy—just warm them in hot water for about 8 minutes. Preparation recommendation:
Our noodles are always pre-cooked and therefore only need to be reheated. Let them steep in hot (not boiling) water in a saucepan for approx. 8 minutes. The taste is best rounded off with a little melted butter or olive oil.
