Kerrygold Irish Butter, 250g

Like all Kerrygold products, Kerrygold Original Irish Butter is made from good pasture milk and is therefore so creamy and golden yellow. 

Thanks to the warm Gulf Stream, Kerrygold cows in Ireland are on pasture almost all year round, enjoying juicy pasture grass. Furthermore, the Irish pasture grazing results in the unique spreadability, excellent taste, and golden-yellow color – completely without additives! These properties make our butter a particularly valuable component for a balanced diet.

Cheddar Burger with Apple-Onion-Chili Chutney:

Ingredients for the Burger:

Cheddar
800 g minced beef (preferably from the neck)
4 Buns
Lettuce (e.g. iceberg lettuce)
4 slices of cucumber
4 slices of tomato
Barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper

For the Sauce
1 cup Crème fraîche
1 tsp Mustard
A little sugar
Salt & Pepper

For the Apple-Onion-Chili Chutney
Apple (sweet-sour, e.g. Elstar)
2 Onions
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
100 ml Apple juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
Chili salt (alternatively chili flakes and normal salt)
