Vegan speciality made from germinated organic wholemeal rice.

Excellent eaten plain; as a caprese with tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and basil. Fresh and tasty in dishes with vegetables and pulses. Cut into cubes, it adds a light and delicate touch to summer salads.

Ideal for cooking because it melts perfectly, cut into thin slices it is ideal for pizza, bruschetta and for filling sandwiches, toasts and wraps.

Mozzarisella is a delicious preparation based on sprouted brown rice, which is made exclusively with organically grown ingredients and no preservatives, chemicals or synthetic molecules are used in its production. It is a balanced vegetable alternative, a speciality with a delicate taste and a refreshing nature. It is made from sprouted brown rice, from which it provides its essential nutrients in their entirety.
