Pumpernickel

Pumpernickel, a spicy-malty wholemeal rye bread, is a Westphalian speciality. For Alnatura, it is made from organic ingredients, according to the original recipe and without preservatives (according to the law for organic food). Pumpernickel tastes good with sweet and savoury toppings and can also be the basis for fancy dessert creations. Alnatura Westphalian Pumpernickel is already pre-sliced - once opened, please store in a cool, dry place.

A large part of the raw materials come from biodynamic agriculture (Demeter).
