Do not eat this mushroom raw, because then it is less digestible and also bitter in taste. Cut the mushroom from the substrate. You can throw away the substrate.

Taste and use
Cut off the bottom before preparing. The stems are edible. The white beech mushroom can be excellently combined with all kinds of ingredients and dishes.
