Don't worry if there are white fine threads on the mushrooms. This is not mould!

The seeds of the mushroom (spores) germinate and form a new mycelium, which is just as tasty and healthy as the fruit body itself. You can simply cook these threads (mycelium) and they will dissolve. Alternatively, the threads could also be wiped off with a dry cloth.
