The Chardonnay from Cantina Lavis in Trentino is straw yellow in colour with green nuances. On the nose, it has pleasant scents of Golden Delicious apple and pineapple. The taste is full and pleasantly harmonious. A young but complex wine with elegance and freshness.
The La-Vis wine cooperative dates back to 1850, when the Cembran family built the first nucleus of its current production structure. It was officially founded after the war, in 1948, by 14 enterprising winegrowers and grew and strengthened year after year, also through the acquisition of other productive realities, such as the merger with the South Tyrolean cooperative of Salurn in 1969, for which the Durer Way brand still stands today, and the merger with the Cantina di Cembra Valle di Montagna in 2003.
