Description

Birkengold gelling birch sugar is a vegan gelling product for lower-calorie fruit spreads – without preservatives. Thanks to the ratio of 3 parts fruit to 1 part gelling birch sugar, you can make especially fruity jams and preserves.

Application is designed in just a few steps and is suitable for homemade fruit spreads made from prepared fruit. For a hygienic result, pour the hot spread directly into sterilized, dry jars and seal immediately.

Use

Mix 1.5 kg prepared fruit with 500 g gelling birch sugar in a pot. Boil vigorously for 3–4 minutes; the cooking time starts once it reaches a rolling boil. Fill hot into sterilized, dry jars, seal immediately and place upside down for 10 minutes. Use the entire pack.

Storage

Store between 0°C and 25°C. Store in a dry place and protect from light and heat.
