Haas Quittin Gelling aid 3:1 2x24g
Use
Cooking instructions: Wash, core, destem and chop the fruit, then weigh it. Put the fruit pulp or juice in a saucepan, sprinkle Quittin over it and mix. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then stir in 350 g sugar, bring to a boil again and cook for another 3-5 minutes while stirring constantly. Fill the jam into jars while hot and seal immediately. Place on the lid for about 5 minutes. Preparation with fruit juice: 1 sachet is sufficient for 900 g fruit juice and 350 g sugar. Note for safe gelling: Do not more than double the quantities in this recipe.
