We produce fermented foods from organic vegetables. In doing so, we use the oldest and most natural method of preserving food: fermentation.

We do not use additives or pasteurization, thus preserving the good bacteria that develop during fermentation and make our gut happy.

With our innovative products, we are breaking new ground in the food industry and have been fermenting in our own manufactory in Munich since 2017.
