The production of the traditional Prügeltorte started over 30 years ago with Christine and Hermann Mader at their home in Kramsach. Today, we at Prügeltorten Manufaktur are proud to continue this baking tradition. Thanks to an innovative production process, the trade secret of our senior master confectioner Hermann Mader, we can produce the Tiroler Prügeltorte in higher quantities without it losing its artisanal character and originality.
