About the Chef:

Preparation:
Gently heat the meatballs with sauce in a water bath for approx. 10 minutes – do not bring to a boil. Cook the Tarhonya in rapidly boiling, lightly salted water for 7–9 minutes (depending on desired al dente texture). Alternatively, pour boiling water over the Tarhonya and let it steep until soft. Then serve and enjoy together.
