Chicken in Paprika Sauce with Noodles

Tender chicken meat in creamy paprika sauce, combined with classic noodles – a Czech favourite classic, just like grandma used to make. The meat is seared, seasoned with sweet paprika and gently braised, then refined with cream and a little butter, which makes the sauce particularly velvety.

Preparation:

Heat the sauce with the meat in a water bath for approx. 10 minutes over low heat – do not bring to a boil. Alternatively, heat in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook the noodles in vigorously boiling, lightly salted water for approx. 8 minutes until al dente.
