Small, but mighty: Made with valuable flour and plenty of good egg, these egg dumplings are a fine side dish for a variety of dishes. As a large portion, topped with sauce, or gratinéed with cheese, they quickly become a main course.
Preparation recommendation:
Pan: Heat butter or oil. Add the dumplings and fry for about 4 minutes.
Pot: Place the dumplings in boiling salted water and let them simmer for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
