Ready for summer? With Revo Foods “THE FILET – BBQ Style”, you won't be left out of the plant-based grilling fun. The fillet (Inspired by Salmon) was designed for smoky roasted aromas, with red paprika powder and garlic notes. Perfect for some variety at your summer BBQ!
THE FILET is the first product based on fermented mushroom protein (mycoprotein). Fermented mushroom protein is a true superfood, with a complete amino acid profile and high protein content. This is rounded off by a high Omega-3 content from microalgae oil, for perfect brain power.
THE FILET – BBQ Style is great for ensuring there's something suitable for all BBQ guests. Without cholesterol or carbohydrates, it is particularly well-suited for fitness/performance-oriented individuals. Grab it, and let the grilling fun begin!

Preparation recommendation:
Grill: Place on aluminum grill plates or directly on the grill and turn after 3-4 minutes, depending on the heat. Can also be wrapped in aluminum foil with lemon slices or garlic and placed directly on the embers.
Pan: Fry with the lid closed for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding all the oily marinade to the pan over low to medium heat. Oven: Bake at 200°C top/bottom heat or convection for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200°C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
