Revo THE FILET
The latest creation from Revo is called "THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon", a vegan alternative, inspired by the structure and taste of salmon fillets (available from October 2024).
The authentic mouthfeel of THE FILET makes it the ideal plant-based alternative to conventional fish fillets. The main ingredient of this Austrian innovation product is fermented mycelium (mushroom protein, mycoprotein) - a real superfood! This nutrient-rich ingredient naturally provides a meat-like structure and can therefore be processed particularly gently to preserve its valuable nutrients.

Preparation recommendation:
Before heating THE FILET, the packaging must be completely removed.
Pan: Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid closed in a little oil and on a low to medium temperature.
Oven: Bake at 200°C top and bottom heat or convection for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200°C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
